Starting wage is $18.00 per hour plus pooled tips (averaging $10-$15 per hour). Our tip pool percentage is higher than usual because we believe in equal tip opportunity for all staff. Kitchen roles will be cross trained to do support tasks such as glass polishing/washing, busing and food running_

Line Cook

  • Flexible Scheduling (23 Days Per Week)
  • 810 hour shifts
  • Small Kitchen Environment (23 People)
  • Bar Capacity (100 person)
  • High Volume Orders from 611pm Daily
  • Pasta, Panini & Pizza Experience Required
  • Must be a good team player with positive attitude

Birreria Volo & Bottega Volo College)

Positions Available:

Kitchen Lead ($19) + Line Cook ($18)

  • Fixed Scheduling (45 Days Per Week)
hour shifts

  • Small Kitchen Environment inside Royal Theatre (12 People)
  • Bar Capacity (100 person)
  • Event Capacity (400 person)
  • High Volume Orders from 611pm Daily
  • Panini & Pizza Experience Required
  • Must be a good team player with positive attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week


Salary:
$18.00-$28.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed
