We are seeking a full-time Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team We are a friendly family medicine clinic located in the Upper Beaches neighbourhood in Toronto. You will be responsible for greeting and receiving patients, addressing patient questions, managing appointment schedules, and conducting basic clinical tasks (medical history and vitals).

We will be looking for an individual to work hours on a full-time basis (Mon, Tues, Fri 9-5; Wed 12-8, Th 12-8).

General Responsibilities:

• Greet and receive patients and visitors
• Manage appointment schedules
• Assist patient with immediate needs and address pertinent questions
• Register new patients on electronic medical record system
• Obtain patient history
• Gather vitals and body measurements
• Coordinate patient activity in reception area, report problems or irregularities, and communicate delays to patients
• Prepare appropriate clinical items for physicians at appointment outset
• Maintain open lines of communication and support customer service needs

Salary:
$22.00-$27.00 per hour
