Duties:
- Assist the sales manager in overseeing the daily operations of the sales team
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Manage the daily operations of sales, including data entries, invoicing, inventory control and etc.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
