Overview:


Key Areas of Responsibility:


1.


Product Launch/Content Marketing:


  • Assist in the preparation for new product launches by coordinating with product management and engineering teams.
  • Download and organize product materials including images, videos, and datasheets.
  • Collaborate with the B2B team to inform them of upcoming promotional activities and provide necessary materials.
  • Support influencer marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for engagement on social media platforms.
  • Proofread all marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in uploading marketing materials to partner portals and deploying eBlasts to various channels.
  • Gather performance data and assist in updating marketing decks with relevant information.

2. Webinars (Internal/External)

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to schedule and prepare for webinars.
  • Update webinar platforms and promotional materials.
  • Assist in budget approval for paid advertisements and contest prizes.
  • Deploy promotional materials and reminders to attendees.
  • Manage postwebinar activities including sharing resources, recording signups, and sending leads for followup.

3. OCNA Training (Internal):


  • Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, including venue booking and equipment preparation.
  • Coordinate with instructors and update promotional materials.
  • Manage logistics during training days and handle postevent activities including feedback collection and performance analysis.

Internal VAR Product Training:

  • Support in scheduling training sessions and updating promotional materials.
  • Assist in organizing logistics for training days and postevent followups.

Trade Shows & Networking Events:


  • Coordinate staff representatives' travel arrangements and prepare necessary materials for events.
  • Update promotional materials and deploy preevent marketing campaigns.
  • Manage promotional activities during events and gather performance data for analysis.
  • Handle postevent activities including lead followups and uploading data to tracking systems.

Distributor Marketing Activities:


  • Assist in preparing monthly promotional flyers and coordinating with product management and distributor teams.
  • Deploy promotional materials to distributor teams and facilitate communication of promo details.
  • Support in paid distributor marketing initiatives including web banner advertisements and webinar promotions.

Website Content Management:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute website updates, including product launches, promotions, and content additions.
  • Ensure website content is uptodate, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure website functionality, including links,
  • Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on website performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and improve website effectiveness.
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and publishing of website content, including blog posts, articles, and product descriptions.
  • Maintain content calendars and schedules to ensure timely publication and refresh of website content.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp and webinar platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
