Description

Job Duties:


  • Motivate and guide the Sales Team.
  • Ensure showroom and lot are fully merchandised.
  • Contribute to the Dealership's profitability.
  • Develop and recommend monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Maintain good working relationships with other departments like Service and Finance.
  • Create and implement sales and promotional programs in order to meet targets.
  • Set clear goals/targets for the Sales Team.
  • Ensure the Sales Team is performing excellent work.
  • Develop and maintain CRM platform to retain customers.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • University degree in Business an asset.
  • Minimum of five years of retail automotive industry experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Sales Management.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners and clients.

  • Edmonton, AB T6X 1A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- automotive industry: 5 years (preferred)
- sales management: 2 years (preferred)
