    Who we are looking for:

    VML is looking for an inspiring Art Director & Copywriter team (junior-intermediate) to work alongside strategists, account leads and producers to develop engaging creative work throughout the customer journey. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, you will create connected brands to drive growth for our clients.

    • Innovate |Take ownership of briefs and demonstrate a clear understanding of client objectives. Create experiences across all channels.
    • Craft |Develop highly effective creative concepts and provide exceptional art direction and copywriting. Participate in designing presentations and business pitches.
    • Collaborate |Build trust and respect with assigned clients and guide them toward fresh ideas. Partner with production teams to execute creative ideas.

    What you'll need:

    • 2 to 3 years of art direction or copywriting experience in a creative/digital agency.
    • A portfolio showing excellent use of creative and conceptual capabilities.
    • An inherent understanding of the role creative plays in helping clients achieve their goals.
    • Experience working on multiple projects, seamlessly switching from one to another.
