We are a fast-growing landscaping company in Edmonton specializing in artificial turf, hardscaping, patios, retaining walls, and full outdoor transformations. We are looking for an experienced Crew Lead to run landscaping projects and manage 2–3 crew members on-site.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead jobs from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of 2–3 labourers

• Install artificial turf systems

• Build retaining walls (block systems)

• Install patios, walkways, and base preparation

• Perform proper grading and drainage work

• Operate Bobcat MT100 (mini track loader)

• Ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards

• Maintain clean, organized job sites

• Communicate with clients professionally when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years landscaping/hardscaping experience

• Valid driver's license (must be able to drive truck + trailer)

• Experience operating skid steer / mini track loader (MT100)

• Strong knowledge of base prep, compaction, and proper installation methods

• Physically fit (able to lift 80+ lbs repeatedly)

• Reliable, punctual, and accountable

• Must provide photos or examples of previous work

Bonus:

$28–$35/hour depending on experience
