LabsCubed is a cutting-edge startup specializing in the development and manufacturing of automated tensile testing equipment for rubber and plastics manufacturers. We are at the forefront of innovation, working to transform quality control processes in the industry.

Position Overview:

The Head of International Business Development will own international revenue growth and global market expansion. This is a builder role — you will define the strategy, secure distribution partners, structure commercial agreements, and create a repeatable global channel sales playbook.

You will work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership to ensure scalable and profitable international growth.

What You'll Do

Global Market Expansion

• Develop and execute the international growth strategy
• Identify high-opportunity global markets
• Lead market entry planning and execution

Distributor & Channel Development

• Source, recruit, negotiate, and onboard international distributors
• Structure pricing, margins, MOQs, and territory agreements
• Build distributor onboarding and enablement programs
• Implement partner performance metrics and reporting

Hardware & Operational Alignment

• Collaborate with operations on forecasting and inventory planning
• Develop international pricing models accounting for freight, duties, and channel margins
• Support regulatory and certification requirements in new markets

Revenue Leadership

• Own international revenue targets
• Build territory forecasts and sales pipelines
• Drive early-stage key account wins
• Deliver performance reporting to executive leadership

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of international sales or business development experience
• Proven track record building global distributor networks
• Experience selling hardware or physical products
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience with international pricing and channel margin structures
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with global trade compliance and logistics
• Background in B2B hardware, industrial, electronics, or durable goods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$123,718.13 per year
