We are currently looking for a Building Manager for a North Vancouver site. The Manager is responsible for maintaining a residential high-rise complex.We are looking for friendly, reliable, and professional individuals.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Looking after the property, cleaning & maintaining the common area
- General maintenance & repairs of the interior and exterior of the building
- Meeting trades & coordinating access to the building
- Coordination of move in/out
- Programming fobs, buzzer
- Provide weekly and monthly reports
QUALICIFACTIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of Building Manager experience
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent time management
- English skills
- Ability to deal with residents and trades in a positive & respectful manner
