ON-CALL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS

Richmond School District operates 38 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, alternate programs, continuing education and a number of additional facilities.

The district enrolls approximately 21,000 students (K-12) and employs over 3000 dedicated staff.

You offer:

Professionalism, accuracy, attention to detail, plus excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
At least one year experience working in an office setting;
A high level of competency in word processing with a
_minimum typing speed of 45/wpm; _:
Proficient working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Experience with basic bookkeeping and spreadsheets;
Mobility within Richmond and availability to work on short notice.

The salary is $28.11/hr, which includes a percentage in lieu of sick and vacation pay.
