- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with patients including conflict resolution and crisis intervention skills
- Ability to operate related equipment/instruments (. lifts, blood pressure monitors, iPad)
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Under the direction of the Manger (or designate) & RN/RPN's the Mental Health Support Worker will provide assistance to patients with acute mental illness and substance use disorders.
They will provide support as directed by the care plan utilizing psychosocial rehabilitation principles in all care aspects.Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Evenings - 07:00 to 15:00, 14:45 to 22:45, Rotating
