"We are looking for a positive Service Coordinator to schedule jobs, interaction with customers, able to communicate effectively and multi-task, can prioritize effectively with excellent computer skills.

Fire Alarm/ Sprinkler Service Coordinator

  • Schedule all service work and emergency service calls
  • Maintain an up to date inspection schedule
  • Schedule all inspections and dispatch work with field technicians
  • Communicate with technicians daily to ascertain the status of the work that was assigned
  • Ensure technician has all information and material to be successful with their assignment
  • Work with administrative staff in coordinating incoming inspection reports and service paperwork
  • Actively maintain and established customer base
  • Verify payment terms with customer

Specific Requirements: 2-year minimum experience in coordinating

Qualifications/Skills:


  • Knowledge of fire protection trade
  • Assertive personality with a progressive and positive attitude
  • Willing to call on new customers
  • Convey payment terms with customers
  • Competent in various computer programs (i.e. Excel, Power Point)
  • Detail oriented
  • Selfmotivated and motivator of others
  • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to "think outside the box" and encourage creative thinking in others
  • Team orientated

Pay Range:
Pay dependent upon level of experience and education
