Asamaka Industries Ltd offers Professional Engineering Services with a specialization in Electrical Design and Control System Integration.

The control system is the nerve centre of the entire process, and we work hard to ensure that our solutions integrate every aspect of the machine or system.

Throughout a project's life cycle, we continuously focus on improving the efficiency of the process, electrical designs, safety requirements, quality requirements and operator interfaces.


OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

  • Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's highquality and up to date and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending humanresources policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
  • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience _required._

  • 3+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
  • 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Job Types:

$20.00-$25.00 per hour
