Job Description:

As a Warehouse Leadhand your responsibilities include:

Working closely with the Warehouse supervisor;
Oversees all aspects of picking orders, processing through Put to Store, closing routes, packing orders;
Checking for shorts, opening and closing routes,
Monitoring equipment in the shipping area in order to have everything working in a safe manner
Coordinate the work of a team of employees and reporting any issues with supervisor
Ensuring the health and safety of workers;
Maintain effective communication with warehouse manager and supervisor in order to serve customers.

Qualifications:

To join our team you need:

Strong understanding of Napa Warehousing (including shipping/receiving, picking shelving new mechanize);
Rigorous organizational skills and control of procedures;
Team player and recognized communication skills;
Knowledge of NAPA computers systems including WM.
