    Overview

    Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Corporate Services to join our high-tech engineering and manufacturing company. Reporting to the President of Autonomous Solutions and part of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic partner and financial representative of our divisional group to the Hexagon Group's CEO and CFO.

    This role will work closely with the CFOs and Corporate Services teams of the Mining and Autonomy & Positioning divisions which make up the Autonomous Solutions group, to facilitate collaboration and achieve synergies to support the continued growth of our business. One of the key deliverables of this role will be to develop and lead a business transformation strategy and a combined continuous improvement program across the divisional group to optimize our operations and prepare our teams for future growth.

    This is an ideal role for an exceptional leader, change agent and experienced financial executive with general management and M&A experience to join our growing and profitable division and be an integral part of transforming our organization.

    Location: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. Our preferred location for this role is in either our Tuscon, AZ , USA or Calgary, AB, Canada office. We are open to relocation for the right candidate.

    Responsibilities

    As the CFO & EVP of Corporate Services, key responsibilities include :

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall division strategy serving as a strategic sounding board to the President.
  • Lead the development of and monitor the corporate services strategy. This includes finance, HR, IT, Legal, Corporate Quality and Facilities.
  • As a senior division executive, contribute to the management of the division and oversee the finance and corporate services operations.
  • Lead the succession planning for key roles within the team.
  • Lead the establishment of common processes that unlock the potential of the team and achieve standardization of how work is performed without stifling creativity.
  • Ensure compliance with all Hexagon and IFRS policies as well as local and industry specific HSE regulations.
  • Lead the M&A process for corporate services from due diligence to integration.
  • Qualifications

    Must Have:

  • 10+ years of international business experience in a hardware and software environment.
  • Proven experience with complex organizational design and a track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage geographically distributed teams and integrate teams from different organizations.
  • Solid experience with IFRS , including R&D, leases, hardware, and manufacturing.
  • Exceptional financial and business analysis skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the US and Canada with some travel intercontinentally.
