Job summary
We are seeking a Quality and Technical Support Technician to support the development of new products and help customers overcome technical challenges.The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and integration of new products and technical solutions, acting as a technical expert, answering customer inquiries in French and English while ensuring documentation processes maintain product quality and compliance.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about innovation, problem-solving, project management, analytical skills with Excel AutoCAD SolidWorks inventory management software experience with electrical manual tools excellent oral written communication skills in French (advanced) English (advanced).
- Evaluate new product requests providing technical recommendations.
- Act as an expert developing purchased manufactured products.
- Perform tests develop protocols analyze results.
