Duties and Responsibilities

Building relationships with our retail partners across North America and expand the relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Helping our retail partners achieve success by organizing and delivering trainings via Zoom on a regular basis.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
Resolve issues and problems faced by customers, deal with complaints to maintain trust and
Strong role in providing administrative support and assistance to the Field Sales Team
Be FLUENT in FRENCH and ENGLISH. (required)
Be RESULTS & PERFORMANCE drivenyou must need and want to make a difference, or we are not the right place for you
Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Have an amazing attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft office suite
Excellent organization & communication skills
High attention to detail while speaking with customers on the phone
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Works well under pressure & meets deadlines.
