    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our affiliate partnerships and ensuring the highest level of service quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish and Foster Partnerships: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with both new and existing affiliate partners.
    • Revenue Generation: work through the Partner Channel to achieve sales targets (potentially dealing with direct clients as needed).
    • Marketing and Communication: Develop comprehensive marketing and communication plans.
    • Issue Resolution: Address client experience and business issues related to services provided by affiliate partners.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our solutions and service offerings to effectively source and assess potential affiliate partners.
    • Strategic Initiatives: Support strategic initiatives as needed, including business case development, analysis, and executive-level presentations.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategic partnership management, or business development.
    • Exposure to technology training and/or the Retail Tech industry is an asset.
    • Proven ability to build and influence relationships at all levels
    • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, deliver results promptly, and handle minimal supervision.
    • Proficient in conducting detailed analysis and deriving meaningful insights to drive decision-making.
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Ability and willingness to travel to USA for tradeshows and such.
