Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

Develop and maintain longterm relationships with diverse stakeholders: From mum microinfluencers and bloggers to experts in mental health and wellness, ensuring our brand resonates with their audiences.
Engage businesses that align with our mission of enhancing women's mental health and securing collaborative opportunities.
Foster connections with local and national news agencies to ensure Scrubbi's voice is prominently featured in relevant discourse.

Narrative and Content Development:

Design and implement compelling storylines that underscore Scrubbi's mission, tailored to the interests and needs of various stakeholders.
Ensure all content is in line with the latest SEO best practices to boost our online presence.

Outreach Initiatives:

Initiate and execute innovative outreach campaigns, effectively pitching our story to prospective partners and influencers to further our reach and impact.
Strategically approach potential partners through personalized communications, including cold calls.

Recognition & Awards:

Performance Analysis:

Regularly assess media coverage and communication strategy outcomes, adjusting our tactics based on feedback and performance metrics for continued growth and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in public relations, with a significant focus on content creation and stakeholder engagement.
Proficient understanding of the societal pressures women face regarding household duties.
Stellar writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities.
Proven success in developing and fostering relationships within key sectors, especially those that cater to women's mental health and wellbeing.
Mastery in crafting SEOoptimized content for diverse digital platforms.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Canadian media ecosystem and a network of industry contacts.
Demonstrable experience in working with tech startups or a keen understanding of the tech scene in Canada.
Resilience, adaptability, and a solutionoriented mindset.
