- Previous experience leading and managing a crew

- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to interpret engineered drawings
- Knowledge of RF and DC drawings
- Understand and have good troubleshooting skills to locate the transmission faults
- Valid Canadian driver's license is required
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Maintain a professional working relationship with coworkers and clients
- Must be reliable, trustworthy and have a positive attitude
