Job summary

Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic and growing organization in the construction industry.

Qualifications

  • Completion of post-secondary education
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience (required)

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly first point of contact—greeting visitors, answering calls, and responding to emails with professionalism and care
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations, including mail handling and filing (both electronic and hard copy)
  • Manage bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks—creating and sending quotes, estimates, and invoices, handling reconciliations, and keeping data up to date

Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader)
  • Experience formatting data and proposals
  • Solid mathematical skills (measurements, area calculations, etc.)
