  • Preparation of project proformas and cashflows in support of financing and acquisition activities
  • Review and summary for Senior Management of financing proposals received from lending institutions
  • Prepare background information required by lending institutions for approval and issuance of funding commitments and closing of the loan
  • Maintain project budgets, including updates to cost tocomplete and forecast expenses, from discussions with 3rd party cost consultants and the internal Construction Management team
  • Manage monthly loan draws with the Cost Consultant and lending institution to ensure timely funding of AP
  • Management and enhancement of daytoday banking relationships
  • Assist with raising of debt and equity
  • Management of investments

Education, Knowledge & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in commerce
  • 10+ years finance experience in the Construction and Development industry
  • Proven knowledge of financial and accounting concepts for real estate and construction ventures
  • Tech savvy, advanced excel proficiency
  • Highly detailoriented with strong analytical, financial, and accounting skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, client focused thinking
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously in a fastpaced, continuously changing and deadline driven environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
