Description
This is an entry level position, this individual will be responsible for supporting all Directors, Project Managers, Coordinators, and Estimators for our Capital Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with preparing quotes for clients
- Create work orders and purchase orders
- Monitoring software to coordinate/schedule trades
- Budget tracking
- Invoicing
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Overall support to senior project managers/coordinators
- Clerical work
Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in QuickBooks preferred
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Strong organization skills
- Deadline and detailoriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- A desire to learn
Salary:
$40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
