Park Paving Ltd. currently looking for a READY-MIX CONCRETE PLANT ORDER TAKERto work at our plant located in Sherwood park.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving calls/requests from both our company's concrete construction operations, and external customers, regarding orders for onsite delivery, or pickup from the plant.
Efficiently coordinating the loading of trucks at the plant based on client requirements and other scheduling demands.
Coordinating and/or working with plant personnel to execute the efficient scheduling of deliveries.
Understanding the different requirements and production methods for multiple concrete mix designs
Ensuring all required concrete tickets, logs, and records, are complete and accurate.
Reporting to supervisors and management on fleet performance and suggesting improvements, or providing solutions to issues, to improve efficiency of material movement and fleet performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Have an understanding of order taking and scheduling.
Thrive in a fastpaced and highpressure environment.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Poses strong safetyminded approach to completing all work.
Have strong organizational skills to process and share the large volumes of information received daily.
Poses the strong communication skills necessary to work with both our company's construction operations and readymix truck fleet, and external customers.

Pay Scale $26 to $30
