Vehicle Acquisition Specialist

What will you do?

Interact with manufacturer and dealership staff, cultivating strong relationships
Audit incoming vehicle order requests for accuracy and compliance
Provide vehicle quotes, configuring specs and pricing
Place factory orders utilizing online platform and retrieve manufacturer's order acknowledgements
Locate vehicles out of dealer inventory that best match client's needs
Input and track client concessions, negotiate dealer markups
Process requests for order changes, reconfiguring vehicles as needed
Balance and pay vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy against purchase order
Participate in company initiatives and projects

What are we looking for?

23 years relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Automotive experience is an asset but not required
