Pay Range:
$21-$22 per hour

Job Type:
Full-time

Location:
Remote in Toronto

Schedule:
8:30am to 5pm

Contract duration: 4-5 weeks

What You'll do

Serve a high volume of customers through phone calls.
Taking inbound calls and placing customer orders through the system
Work with a team and actively participate in team meetings.
Keeping records of the customer interactions
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues to provide the utmost service to customers.
Other duties as requested

Minimum Requirements

Bilingual in French and English
VoIP phone system and Microsoft proficiency
High school education or equivalent
Entry level customer service experience

Skills & Abilities

Strong verbal and written in both French and English
Exhibit company's culture in every interaction with internal and external customers
Ability to meet deadlines, honour commitments, and provide attention to details
Highly motivated, outgoing, and professional individual.
