Pay Range:
$21-$22 per hour

Remote in Toronto
Schedule:
8:30am to 5pm
Contract duration: 4-5 weeks
What You'll do
- Serve a high volume of customers through phone calls.
- Taking inbound calls and placing customer orders through the system
- Work with a team and actively participate in team meetings.
- Keeping records of the customer interactions
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues to provide the utmost service to customers.
- Other duties as requested
Minimum Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- VoIP phone system and Microsoft proficiency
- High school education or equivalent
- Entry level customer service experience
Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal and written in both French and English
- Exhibit company's culture in every interaction with internal and external customers
- Ability to meet deadlines, honour commitments, and provide attention to details
- Highly motivated, outgoing, and professional individual.
