Job description
We are hiring an experienced high and mid ticket sales closer to convert warm, pre qualified leads in the real estate, marketing, and agency sectors.
All leads are inbound and qualified in advance. You will focus purely on running sales calls and closing.This is a remote, commission only position with a light daily time commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- You will conduct scheduled sales calls with warm, qualified prospects who have already expressed interest in our services.
- You will guide prospects through the decision making process and confidently handle objections.
- You will move qualified prospects to signed agreements and completed payments.
- You will maintain clear communication with the internal team regarding deal status and outcomes.
- The role requires approximately one hour per day.
- Working hours are flexible, but availability during standard Iberian business hours is required.
- This is a 100 percent commission based role.
- Average earnings are approximately €150 per closed ticket.
- There is no cap on commissions. Earnings scale directly with performance.
- You must be fluent in English.
- You must also be fluent in either Portuguese or Spanish.
- You must have proven experience closing mid or high ticket offers.
- You must be confident leading video sales calls and handling objections professionally.
- You must have a reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup.
