Position Summary:
The incumbent will be conducting invitro experiments on synthetic lethal interactions of SWI/SNF loss in cancers.

In this role the incumbent will validate the novel targets that we recently uncovered from functional screens and to investigate the underlying mechanisms.

The incumbent will assist in vivo animal experiments and take care of other routine lab tasks.- MSc degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry or related field- Previous independent research experience in above disciplines or related field, and in synthetic lethality in cancer.

- Solid experience in cell tissue culture and molecular biology- Knowledge of command line, data processing and statistical analysis


Qualifications:

  • Independent and selfmotivated team player with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Publications in reputable peerreviewed journals
  • Experience in functional genetic screening and animal handling is a plus
  • Proficient in English; ability to communicate in French is a plus
