    Hydronics Sales Specialist

    Saskatoon, SK

    Our client, a national wholesale distributor that has been a leader supporting the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industries, is seeking to add a Hydronics Sales Specialist to their sales team. Bryce Delegarde of Lock Search Group has been engaged to find a dynamic individual to support their team in Saskatoon.

    This position will be pivotal in identifying, advocating for, and selling our extensive selection of HVAC and hydronic products and solutions. It entails building and nurturing relationships with current and prospective clients, offering technical guidance, and guaranteeing their contentment. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has a compelling drive, technical 'mechanical' aptitude, and comfort dealing with Customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • for executing the order process, including proposing pricing terms within established margins, sourcing additional products, and generating sales orders.
    • available resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

    Requirements:

    • At least two (2) years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within a wholesale distribution setting or in hydronics installation/service.
    • Exceptions to this point, would be made for those Counter Sales, or Inside Sales professionals, that currently work within the HVAC sector that are looking to grow into sales position; or to HVAC professionals currently in the trade (eg. Service Managers, Estimators, Technicians, Project Managers) looking to move away from the tools into a sales career.
