Microworks is expanding. We are a systems-driven service company based in North Vancouver. We don't do "renovation mayhem." We specialize in professional home repairs, installations, and property maintenance across North Van, West Van, Burnaby, and Coquitlam.

We provide the systems, the training, and a brand-new, high-roof Ford Transit. You provide the positive attitude and the 5-star service.

The Requirements:

• General experience with hand/power tools and basic home repairs (drywall, assembly, mounting, etc.).
• A valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract.
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to follow a proven system.
• A smartphone and the ability to use our simple project management app: HousecallPro

Compensation:

$41 - $45 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Completing 1–2 small jobs per day, or multi day jobs, including maintenance, repairs, carpentry, and small jobs
• Driving your high-roof Ford Transit van between jobs
• Working solo with professional presentation and customer communication, and attending fun team meetups
• Using our CRM software (HouseCallPro) to update progress and photos
• Keeping your van and workspace clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in handyman, carpentry, or residential renovation work
• Strong general skills: general carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, rot repair, fence repair, finishing carpentry work, furniture assembly, etc
• Ability to problem-solve independently and manage your own schedule
• Clean Class 5 driver's license
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working full days
• Comfortable driving a full-size high-roof van
• Friendly, respectful, and reliable - the kind of person people trust in their home
