- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in the IoT industry.
- Active Government Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Deep understanding of IoT technologies in government operations.
- Proven experience in client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
