    Description

    The team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Success Manager to drive the adoption and engagement of IoT products within government sectors.


    This position demands a solid understanding of IoT technology, top-notch interpersonal skills, and the necessity for government secret clearance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and nurture relationships with government clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Align IoT solutions with client objectives for mutual success.
    • Monitor customer relationships and product performance.
    • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client happiness and identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to address client challenges and enhance the customer experience.
    • Advocate for customer needs across departments.
    • Provide insights to product development based on client needs and market trends.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations in IoT solution deployment.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 3+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in the IoT industry.
    • Active Government Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
    • Deep understanding of IoT technologies in government operations.
    • Proven experience in client relationship management.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
