We need a receptionist/physiotherapy assistant who works as a front desk person and is available from 20-25 hours a week.
9 am to 6 pm on certain days.
As a Receptionist/Physiotherapy Assistant you will help MapleCare By:
- Answering Phone Call,
- Booking Patients,
- Billing (HCAI, TELUS, Bluecross, other),
- Assisting Physiotherapist in carrying out tasks,
- Cleaning and Disinfecting the treatment rooms,
- Following COVID19 Guidelines.
The Front Desk Team is our first point of contact with our patients, so you will be responsible for our Customer Service initiatives ensuring that each patient gets the "MapleCare" experience.

$19.00-$20.50 per hour
