As a Marketing Coordinator, you're instrumental in driving our business forward You will be responsible for building relationships and executing marketing activities in your region and working with other provincial marketing professionals on national initiatives.

You are ideally someone who shares our passion for agriculture and farming the future with Ontario communities and beyond

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you will prepare, implement, and drive the marketing strategy and content for Ontario.

Your primary objectives will be maximizing brand awareness, on-farm presence, sales volume, customer retention, and development of partnerships with growers, ag-retailers, and/or food processors:

Management of Timac Agro Canada social media platforms and website.
You possess exceptional communication skills; you can disseminate complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
Graphic design and social media development and creation of presentation templates.
Serving as a liaison between Timac Agro Canada and thirdparty provincial marketing agencies.
You will represent Timac Agro Canada at regional Agriculture shows/fairs/events.
You will work with Timac Agro's Canadian and International network of stakeholders to drive innovation, best practices, and a team environment.

Requirements:

An academic and/or professional background in Marketing or Communications.
Efficient in all Microsoft Office 365 programs, social media platforms, and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for efficient internal and external communications.
Highly self motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently in a highly autonomous role.
Organized, detail oriented and timely in the completion of administrative protocols and reports.
An entrepreneurial mindset.
Knowledge of the Ontario Agriculture industry with knowledge of regional farming practices and animal production are a strong asset.
Must possess a valid driver's licence.
