Established in 1971, this impressive sports complex offers its members 20 tennis courts as well as a sports center of more than 10,000 square feet located just minutes from downtown Montreal and the South Shore.

You would find a team of passionate professionals entirely devoted to its members.


Under the authority of the Director of Member Services, the receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients of the tennis or fitness area, handling all reception tasks, and performing any other related tasks within their role.


  • Take reservations.
  • Make reservations, court or lesson cancellations, and other bookings.
  • Provide information about the club, various memberships, and any other relevant information for clients.
  • Promote the club's products and services.
  • Collect payments for offered services.
  • Address inquiries regarding establishment services.
  • Direct incoming calls.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Perform any other tasks related to customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules.
  • Resourceful.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and the city in general.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to identify customer needs.
  • A degree in administration is an asset.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Teamwork ability.

Languages:
Bilingualism (spoken and written French and English) is required for this position, as we serve an international clientele.
