The Opportunity


We're looking for a talented
Wealth Associate to join our growing team in our newly renovated office in the beautiful seaside resort town of Saint Andrews, New Brunswick.

Our team enjoys a modern, hybrid working office and flexible approach to work-life balance. In this important role, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver personalized solutions for our clients.

Your responsibilities will span across various parts of our business including:
wealth management, client relationship management, financial planning, investment processing, and operational support. Through your dedication and expertise, you will contribute to our mission of _igniting financial confidence_.


What you will be doing

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and proactive communication.
  • Be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing needs promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct client reviews to understand their goals and values.
  • Maintain our CRM and client service matrix with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Financial Planning
  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
  • Conduct indepth analyses of clients' financial situations, including cash flow, retirement planning, tax considerations, business succession and family legacy planning.
  • Collaborate with wealth advisors to identify opportunities for optimizing clients' financial positions and achieving their longterm objectives.
  • Investment Analysis & Processing
  • Conduct research and analysis on investment & insurance solutions.
  • Assist in constructing diversified investment portfolios aligned with clients' risk profiles, investment objectives, and sustainability considerations.
  • Monitor and make recommendations on investment performance and market trends.
  • Investment and insurance processing including: equities, fixed income, private equity and cashbuilding life insurance solutions.
  • Operational Support
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal & external teams to execute client transactions, including account openings, transfers, and asset allocations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Participating in community networking opportunities that support growth initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings.
  • Strong communication skills in English and digital literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and team members.
  • A lifelong learner. You are willing to take both personal interest and industry related courses & training to build expertise and grow both personally and professionally.
  • Postsecondary degree or certificate in business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry specific courses are considered a plus such as the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), CFP, LLQP
(Note:

the CSC and CPH course completion will be required within the first six months of employment).

  • At least oneyear of financial services experience in a retail environment is preferred.
