Dufferin Aggregates, a divison of CRH Canada is looking to hire

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage small volume account portfolio, including servicing of existing accounts and establishment of new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
  • Track work efforts for customer accounts in SalesForce, including account planning, customer contacts, call logs, quoting and contract creation.
  • Administration of reporting in Salesforce such that information is accurate while continuously seeking to enhance reporting capabilities to help inform market knowledge. Support the sales team to ensure dashboard accuracy.
  • Function as a key user in SFDC
  • Analyze sales results providing reports on market information, pricing trends, profitability analysis, etc.
  • Support management of order to cash process to ensure billing efficiency, tracking and clearing and where required
  • Support on month end processes that affect the sales organization, including; forecasting, unbilled clearing, NOADS, debits & credits.
  • Provide sales support to the Sales Reps by creating, modifying and updating customer quotes and contracts.
  • Responsible to ensure accounts receivable targets are met or exceed for customer base.
  • Other duties, as required.
Position Requirements

  • Proficient with computer based technology, Excel, Qlikview, SAP and SalesForce
  • Willingness to work around deadlines and Month End/Year End closing schedules.
  • Prior sales and customer service experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Educational Criteria

  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent business related experience.
