Our client is seeking a Procurement Analyst to help manage a portfolio of procurement files for one-time-buys.

This resource will refine identified business and technical requirements and translate those into solicitation documents such as RFP/NRFP/RFQ/RFI as required.

Work is fully onsite in Edmonton, Alberta.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

3 years' demonstrated public sector procurement experience working within a Canadian public sector organization.
3 years' demonstrated experience drafting Request for Quote (RFQ) and/or Request for Proposals (RFP) procurement instruments.
3 years' demonstrated experience developing specifications with a purchasing department.
3 years' demonstrated experience posting public bidding opportunities on Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC), or equivalent.
3 years' demonstrated experience with bid evaluations and award recommendations.

Nice To Have Skills

1 year exceptional communication and attention to detail.
1 year demonstrated experience balancing multiple projects at the same time.
1 year Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation, or equivalent.
1 year demonstrated capacity to navigate and learn to master new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
1 year proven record of independent problem solving.
Demonstrated experience navigating SAP Ariba technology systems.

Location
