Job description
The Comox Valley Food Bank, a non-profit organization is looking for a warehouse attendant / driver to assist with daily operations.
Responsibilities, Qualification, and Skills
Must have a valid Class 5 drivers license, experience driving a 3-ton truck with liftgate.
Air brake ticket not mandatory but preferred.
Ability to safely lift boxes and crates up to 50lbs when loading and unloading truck.
Possess time management skills to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to interact with our external contacts and clients in a courteous, respectful and professional manner.
Food Safe
Inventory management
Comply with all safe driving rules of the road
Tuesday-Saturday starting as early as 6:00am.
Hours will vary 7-8 hours per day.
Occasionally extended hours may be required.
The successful candidate will be subject to a criminal record check and a current copy of your drivers abstract will be required.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
