Dispatcher
WMB is seeking to hire an experienced dispatcher within the freight and logistics industry.

This position will be responsible for traffic in all areas of our business, ranging form feed commodities, bio-waste, flatbed, and other specialized transport.

Duties include but not limited to:

Dispatch assist for trucks in all areas of specialized transport.
Plan, coordinate and monitor shipment and determine the most costefficient routes.
Coordinate orders with customers
Monitor trucks and trailer and coordinate trucks and dropped trailers.
Organize loads and dispatch and update units in dispatch system.
Track, collect, and process drivers paperwork for invoicing.
Enter any new customers orders into electronic dispatch system.
Assist with quoting rates for customers when required.
Main equipment files and drivers files.
Maintain and assist with issuance of fuel cards, transponders, etc.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication are essential for this position. Cultivation of strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.
