    What you will be doing

  • Implement assigned call center projects;
  • Build on project management to design and develop protocols, process flows and database enhancements;
  • In collaboration with the Associate Operations Manager and the Program Manager, assist in the ongoing evaluation of project strengths, weaknesses and potential areas for improvement;
  • Support the Associate Operation Manager through client clarification requests and pharmacy escalations
  • Produce project related reporting for internal and external clients;
  • Participate in client meetings;
  • Daily and on-going client project communications;
  • Be available between the hours of 8:00AM to 8:00PM, with the ability to maintain flexible working hours.
  • The Senior Program Coordinator will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time.

    • What your background should look like

  • Minimum college / university degree;
  • Health care background an asset;
  • 2-3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech or healthcare-related industries;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project management;
  • Experience managing personnel;
  • Experience in reimbursement considered an asset;
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to strategically analyze data and performance;
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Effective organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
