We are a fully equipped CNC machine shop and local leader specializing in precision CNC Turning and CNC Milling.

Job description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Setter/Operator to join our highly skilled team

If you are looking for long term employment with a stable, growing business and a competitive wage, and have 5 or more years' experience of CNC machining and setting (both milling and turning), we'd like to hear from you.

Qualifications and experience required:

5 years minimum CNC machining and setting experience particularly Haas mills and Takisawa lathes
Ability to set up, and machine a part from a drawing with little or no assistance
Experienced CNC Setter/Operator
Experience with Mastercam programming is a plus
Experience in the machining of complex and new parts (prototypes)
Capable of building complex tooling and fixtures as necessary to support machining requirements
Ability to select tooling and set up methods to produce parts in the most efficient manner
Knowledge & Ability to Use various Monitoring & Measuring Devices & Instrumentation
Ability to understand & interpret Engineered Drawings, as well as Sketches
Experience in completing full part inspections and inspection records
Fast learner and able to work with mínimal supervision
A careeroriented team player
Must have experience with Tight Tolerances
