Are you experienced in project management and enjoy leading a multi-disciplinary team passionate about pipeline maintenance and projects?


In this role you will be accountable for the safe and efficient execution of a suite of primarily Canadian-based pipeline maintenance projects across the Liquids Pipelines and Gas Transmission & Midstream (GTM) business units.

Beyond safe and predictable execution, this position is responsible for development and implementation of critical initiatives intended to drive continuous performance improvement.


What you will do:

  • Accountable for all performance results of assigned projects: safety, environment, schedule, cost, quality, etc.
  • Drive strong, welladapted, and proactive project delivery by understanding and optimally using project management processes and systems.
  • Ensure internal and external partners are capable and closely adhere to all established processes with approved deviations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with sponsors/customers.
  • Actively monitor and understand the status and performance of each project, ensuring timely and accurate routine project reporting, issue customer concern, and management of scope, schedule, or cost changes and taking the necessary actions to mitigate or correct adverse situations or trends.

Who you are:

  • University degree in Engineering or diploma Engineering Technology, or alternatively significant training/experience in construction, pipeline operations, and/or project management. 10+ years of experience in the pipeline industry is preferred, minimum is 7 or more years' experience.
  • Experience executing trenchless projects is an asset.
  • Highly developed leadership, management, interpersonal and planning skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and negotiate effective solution solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methods, techniques, and tools.
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel domestically and within North America.
  • Role requires a valid driver's license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with some field work required.
  • Scheduled travel to Enbridge offices, operating facilities, construction sites, and supplier facilities (1020%).
