- Install, maintain, and service various HVAC equipment including chillers, heat pumps, steam boilers, air handling units, and more.
- Identify causes of malfunctioning parts/equipment and perform repairs and inspections.
- Work directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with the provided services.
- Replace filters, belts, and perform HVAC control calibrations and programming.
- Update documentation related to HVAC services such as drawings, specifications, and manuals.
- Install new services in renovation or building changes as directed by the manager.
- Respond to environment comfort complaints and perform log readings.

Successful completion of a recognized HVAC and/or refrigeration certificate. Must be a Journeyperson. Must have a valid G1 gas license.
Work Experience Requirements:
Working knowledge of building services including air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical and mechanical equipment controls and systems. Full understanding of building automation system HVAC control strategies.
