Job summary
We are looking for a confident Phone and Email Support Specialist to join our team.Your primary responsibility will be communicating with banks, financial institutions, and individuals to obtain required documentation used to help clients file for government assistance programs.
We have the proper legal authorization to request this information.The role requires someone who can clearly explain urgency when needed,
follow up persistently,
and adapt conversations based on who they are speaking with.
