• Consistently deliver a courteous and inspiring customer experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, standards and protocols
• Engage and educate customers on our brand and products
• Follow health and safety standards and protocols
• Properly serve ice-cream scoops and novelties
• Properly make waffle cones
• Properly prepare cookies and novelty desserts
• Accurately handle transactions on POS with cash and digital payments
• Maintain accuracy with customer orders and product inventory
• Foster a positive environment for both guests and staff within the space
• Effectively resolve customer conflict
• Maintain a clean and welcoming FOH space
• Maintain, monitor and report on supplies levels for FOH (utensils, boxes, etc.)
• Consume and provide feedback on ice-cream, cookies and desserts
• Provide additional support where needed, including and not limited to production assistance ( washing dishes, wrapping chocolate bars, folding boxes, labeling jars, cleaning, mopping, sweeping ... )

Job Requirements

• Previous experience of working with food is required
• Passion for ice-cream is a mandatory
• Great work ethic, initiative and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and upbeat energy
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, reliability
• 1+ years customer service experience
• Availability to work weekends, and evenings
• Valid Food Handlers Certification, or can secure upon hiring
• Consumption of foods containing nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten and dairy
