Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated, creative, and highly effective self-starter to join our team as a
Marketing Campaign Specialist.

In this role, you will support the weekly campaign efforts driving revenue within our e-commerce channel.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop a strong understanding of our customers and their behaviours across our businesses in order to successfully execute weekly marketing campaigns.
  • Support in the executional development of campaigns, including writing copy designed for conversion.
  • Work with graphic designer on the creation of campaign assets.
  • Work with team to ensure the accuracy of all campaign messaging and related assets.
  • Conduct A/B tests across channels to continuously optimize campaign and channel performance
  • Support manager in executing monthly and quarterly planning; accountable for tracking performance metrics with a focus on ROI and revenue growth
  • Project manage the delivery of marketing calendar executions.
  • Understands basic concepts of digital design best practices.
  • Additional marketing projects as they arise.

_ Note that this role is not a remote or hybrid position. The person in this role will be required in-office, 5 days/week. There will also be occasional participation at public events such as tradeshows._

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Must have 12 years of experience in an inoffice setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to selflearn any skills they don't have.
  • Lives and breathes being detail oriented and organized.
  • Possesses strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Works well in a fastpaced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
