Media Sales Hunter: Sell TV/Streaming Ad Inventory to iGaming

The Opportunity:
We own a network of high-traffic websites in the TV, Cinema, and Streaming Guides niche.
We have the traffic (Entertainment/Sports fans), and we know this audience converts extremely well for Casino, Betting, and iGaming video campaigns.
We are looking for an experienced Ad Sales Closer to bridge the gap: Your job is to pitch our premium Video Ad inventory to high-budget marketing managers in the Gambling/iGaming sector.
What We Provide:
- Warm Leads: We will provide a list of brands and contacts that have previously advertised or shown interest.
- Proof of Traffic: A solid Media Kit with verified analytics to back up your pitch.
- Inventory: Highvisibility Video Ad slots and Banner spaces.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $ $15.00 /hr (Guaranteed base for prospecting time).
- Commission: Uncapped 15% Commission on every deal closed. (iGaming budgets are huge, so your upside is significant).
Key Responsibilities & KPIs:
- Prospecting: Identify and contact Marketing Managers/Affiliate Managers at Casino & Betting companies.
- Outreach Volume: Maintain a minimum of 20 new contacts/followups per week via Email, LinkedIn, or Telegram.
- Closing: Negotiate flat fees or CPM deals and get the contract signed.
- Weekly Reporting: Report on leads status (Contacted / Negotiation / Closed).
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience selling Digital Media / Advertising Space (Publisher side preferred).
- Industry Network: If you have existing contacts in the iGaming/Betting industry, you will be our top candidate.
- Language: Fluent/Native English is mandatory (most iGaming companies operate in English). We speak English and Spanish.
- Sales Style: You must be a "Hunter" – comfortable with cold outreach and persistent followups.
Workload:
Maximum Hours: 10 hours per week (We pay for results, not just hours logged).
- Goal: Secure longterm partnership deals, not just oneoff sales.
Languages:
Spanish. You are expected to have a fluent level of English.
