Successful Hires:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting with the design and execution of door hardware schedules and product specification packages
• Responsible for creating material budgets and proposals for residential, commercial and institutional projects
• Coordinate between multiple design professional drawings to ensure design conformance, security and building code requirements are met
• Multitask between multiple ongoing projects during various stages of development
• Coordinate construction documents and produce shop drawings and record submittals

Requirements:

• Understand design projects and be able to read working drawing sets across a number of disciplines
• Review working drawing sets and prepare opening schedules for review by owner
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, interior designers
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCad is preferred
• Attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
