Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives.
Constantly monitoring the quality and quantity of products in display cases, always ensure the products' quality and presentation are up to the standards.
Responds to customer enquiries, providing information concerning merchandise selection and prices.
Transfer inventory stocks from storage room/cooler to display cases to ensure sufficient stocks are available for customer to purchase, which may require some lifting.
Check and ensure standard quality of products are met when delivered, and stocks are rotated to maintain standards of quantity and to minimize waste.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Excellent team building skills.
Well knowledge on resources allocation.
Able to work in freezer.
Able to work in a constant temperature change work environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty.
Able to prioritize multi tasks.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Able to operate in changing temperatures on a regular basis.
Able to walk & stand for extended periods of time.
Must be flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be willing to travel to different locations
Must have own vehicle for transportation
