Description

• Previous THIRD wave experience is a MUST. At least 12 years.
• Solid understanding of specialty coffee.
• Capable of making latte art
• Able to explain the tasting profiles of coffee and is able to confidently and accurately communicate to the customer.
• Following the opening and closing procedures
• Preparing and serving light food/snacks
• Handling cash and debit/credit transactions
• Maintaining a clean work environment and ensuring coffee machine and other equipment are regularly cleaned
• Able to work unsupervised while staying focused
